Daily Tarot Reading for April 20th Using The Wild Unknown Tarot

Daily Tarot Reading for April 20th

Using The Wild Unknown Tarot

wild unknown

Your Daily Tarot Card Reading with Crystals is for April 20th. I am personally using The Wild Unknown tarot deck but you can whatever deck you have to do your own reading if you’d like. The instructions are listed below the reading.

I pull a three card spread after shuffling the deck nine times. The first card drawn represents our physical outlook for the day. The second card drawn represents our mental outlook for the day. While the third card drawn represents our emotional outlook for the day.

The best crystal is then matched up to the chosen card. It will either augment the good energy brought or offer solutions to possible obstacles set in the way.

Two of Swords

Blocked Vision, Stalemate

The Two of Swords indicates two opposing forces that have reached a stalemate. You cannot progress forward with either a relationship or life decision. There’s an answer that’s being blocked- maybe by choice? Many times this card will indicate you do not wish to face the truth the light will reveal.

This is a card of contradictions. In this depiction, the moon has eclipsed the sun. This represents the fact that we want to understand things, but in a reality that comforts us, not in the way they actually are. This is a block of clarity. We are unable to see the sun because we are denying, repressing, or avoiding some truth within ourselves. The swords can easily represent truth and denial, reality and fantasy, opposing one another within our conscious mind. The swords seem to be trying in their own way to impose logic, but instead they are only butting up against each other.

In our physical outlook for the day, the Two of Swords can represent a denial of health or other physical issues. Maybe we are making excuses as to why we don’t have time for exercise when we may just not be making the best of our time. Maybe there are health issues pertaining to being overweight or underweight that need to be addressed. Maybe our eating habits aren’t as good as they should be, but we are putting off making changes. You could also be pushing yourself TOO hard physically and your body is starting to suffer. Whatever the issue may be, the Two of Swords is telling you to confront it. This avoidance is keeping you from seeing the “light of the sun”. It is sometimes hard to confront issues that make us uncomfortable, but we can find clarity and a positive resolution if we take that difficult step.

Three of Cups

Friendship, Joy, Bounty

The Three of Cups foresees you in the company of amazing friends, creating memories together that you’ll forever hold dear. These are not any ol’ friends, they are people with whom you feel a rare connection. With them you feel truly “yourself”. Enjoy each minute of their company. This card can also indicate an upcoming celebration.

Three birds are sitting side-by-side on a branch, enjoying each other’s company. The image successfully evokes feelings of social gatherings, chatting with interesting folks, and the pleasant side of interacting with a group. The sun setting in the background evokes a sense of warmth and comfort associated with good friends and company that is inviting and comforting.

Mentally, this is a day to enjoy the love and support of good friends. If you are dealing with a lot of stressful, strenuous tasks in your life right now, remember that your trustworthy friends are always there to help you out. This card can be a good reminder to value and strengthen your friendships and your sense of community. It is easy to isolate yourself by immersing yourself in your work, hobbies, and everyday life, but it is also important to take a break. This card reminds us that relaxing with good friends can help us rejuvenate and unwind from everyday stress.

Carnelian’s bold energy brings a rush of warmth and joy that lingers, stimulating and empowering. It is a stone of motivation and endurance, leadership and courage. Orange stones, especially the carnelians, are excellent aids for training, coordination of physical exercise programs, and for balancing body energy levels. It promotes idealism, a sense of community and pragmatism.

Seven of Pentacles

Period of Contemplation

The Seven of Pentacles shows a period of contemplation and uncertainty. You’re showing back at all of your hard work and wondering if it has been a failure or a success. You can’t seem to decide. Shouldn’t you be reaping more rewards by now? Maybe so. But the mind has control over perception. It’s possible your rewards are waiting for you to recognize them. They are not always monetary.

The idea of directional change is something that is traditionally associated with the Seven of Pentacles. When we take stock of our situation, we may decide to proceed as we have been – or we may decide to try a varied approach. Either way, the Seven of Pentacles reminds us to pause and consider where we are (and where we want to go).

This card also shows the importance of acknowledging how much has been achieved so far. Even if you don’t yet have a full blown harvest, you’ll see the fruits of your labor if you look closely.

Today you may be evaluating your emotional progress in getting over a difficult heartbreak (loss of someone close to you or the ending of a relationship). You may have made a lot of changes in your lifestyle choices recently and now you are examining the progress. Either way, the Seven of Pentacles is telling you that sometimes the rewards of your efforts take time to manifest in your life. You may not be happy right away, but you are on the road to happiness. This card might also be telling you that maybe you need to reconsider your approach if you are not getting to where you want, or need, to be.

If you would like to pull your own daily cards with your own tarot deck, you can follow along with the simple instructions below! If you need assistance with which crystals you should use, please feel free to leave a comment below or post a message in our forum.

  1. Once you have your deck ready and in front of you, you must shuffle it any number of times you see fit. Some shuffle until they feel compelled to stop while others count a specific number.
  2. Spread the cards out how you see fit. Some people like to just set the deck down and cut certain cards out, while others will spread the deck out across the table and select cards that jump out to them.
  3. Before you pick your cards from the deck, take a few deep breaths first. Try to relax your body and quiet your mind.
  4. Focus on the question you are asking. In this reading we are asking for our daily outlook so try and focus on what the daily will bring. Think about how your body will feel, how your mind will operate, and how your heart will function. The more successfully you can relax your body and clear other thoughts from your mind, the more insightful and helpful the reading will be.
  5. Select three cards from the deck once you are ready.
  6. The first card drawn represents our physical outlook for the day. The second card drawn represents our mental outlook for the day. While the third card drawn represents our emotional outlook for the day.
